On the 26th of January, the Town of Cottesloe will celebrate Australia Day at the War Memorial Hall, Cottesloe Civic Centre, beginning at 10 am. The event will feature a Welcome to Country by Robyn Collard, accompanied by didgeridoo playing. A Citizenship Ceremony will take place for five conferees, followed by the awarding of three Community Citizen Awards. Additionally, Paul Litherland, the 2022 WA Australian of the Year, will deliver the Australia Day Ambassador address. The ceremony will conclude with a morning tea and a sausage sizzle.
