State Administrative Tribunal Reviews
The decision of the Town in relation to a development application may be reviewed by the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT).
The application for review may be submitted to SAT by the landowner or applicant of the development site. Neighbours cannot apply for a review as there are no third party appeal rights in Western Australia.
