What is Qigong?
Qigong is an ancient system of knowledge that comprises at least 5000 years of human evolution. White Tiger Qigong comes from the Taoist Medical Qigong lineage, combining strength, mobility training and mindfulness to target all areas of wellbeing. Qigong combines strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and mental focus and develops the spiritual connection to universal Qi.
