Assets

The Town's Asset Management Policy ensures that infrastructure including roads, footpaths and bike paths are provided reliably, with the appropriate quality levels of service to residents, visitors and the environment.

This requires diligence and inspection regimes from Council staff as well as appropriate systems in place to ensure that complaints about faulty road sections from residents or visitors can be promptly dealt with.
