Significant Development Pathway Applications
An application for development approval with a development value of $20 million and above can be lodged with the State Development Assessment Unit.
The SDAU is a dedicated team within the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage (DPLH) which administers the lodgement and assessment of significant development pathway applications. Significant development pathway applications are determined by the Western Australian Planning Commission.
Below is a list of current and determined significant development pathway applications within the Town of Cottesloe.
