Between October and March each year, the Town of Cottesloe installs an eco shark barrier to protect swimmers, and instill peace of mind on the beach. The net is 170m long and extends about 140m from the shoreline out to the sea. This installation is made from 100% recycled materials and requires less maintenance, has superior strength and improved resilience.
