Angela will guide visitors to explore coastal birds and discuss natural life at the Nature Discovery Space which is regularly tended to by the amazing team of volunteers at Cottesloe Coastcare.
Learn how to spot the birds of the dunes and the shore. Bring your binoculars or just come as you are.
Meet at the Cottesloe Nature Discovery Space near Vlamingh Lookout.
Angela Rossen is both an artist and a biodiversity educator. She has worked with marine biologists in the School of the Biological Sciences at UWA for fifteen years as a science communicator. She is an amazing artist, a painter that can capture colour, movement and unique experiences of the ocean floor.
Angela’s residency will bring children, families and the wider community into nature to discover, observe and record the living things in their own environment.
This experience is free, but registration is essential.
