At the March 2019 Ordinary Council Meeting, Council resolved its intention to ban smoking on all beaches and foreshore reserves west of Marine Parade and Curtin Avenue in accordance with the section 2.1 and 2.2 of the Town of Cottesloe Local Government Property Local Law.

A map of the intended smoking ban area is available below at the Cottesloe Civic Centre, 109 Broome Street, Cottesloe and the Grove Library, cnr Stirling Hwy and Leake Street, Peppermint Grove.

Written submissions on the smoking ban may be made prior to 4.00pm on Friday, 3 May 2019 and should be addressed to the undersigned and sent to council@cottesloe.wa.gov.au or PO Box 606, Cottesloe WA 6911.
