As a part of the lease agreement between the Town (Lessor) and the Sea View Golf Course (Lessee), the draft plan must be made available for public comment, prior to final adoption by Council. The last known Management Plan was approved and enacted for the 2012-2015 period. In accordance with subclause 13.3, the Management Plan 2012-2015 has continued.

All comments received between 1 - 28 November 2021 will be presented to Council at the next available Ordinary Council Meeting, with the Management Plan for final adoption.
