This application is to be determined by the JDAP, which covers Cottesloe, rather than by Council. However, the Town still undertakes the advertising, assessment and reporting of the proposal to the JDAP and the proposal is still required to be determined in accordance with the Town’s Local Planning Scheme No. 3 and the Residential Design Codes and is to have regard to the Local Development Plan.

Details of the proposal and plans are available for inspection at the Town’s offices between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the Town, in writing, on or before 22 January 2019. Please be advised that your written submissions may be published.
