Business Plans Related to Lot 501 McCabe Street, Mosman Park
The Towns of Cottesloe and Mosman Park each propose to commence a major land transaction in relation to Lot 501, McCabe Street, Mosman Park, for the purposes of accommodating a works depot for the Town of Cottesloe into the current Town of Mosman Park depot land.
As required under the Local Government Act 1995, a business plan has been created by the Town of Cottesloe and is available below or at the Cottesloe Civic Centre, 109 Broome Street, Cottesloe.
Submissions about the proposed undertaking may be made to the respective local government before Monday 10 December 2018.
