At its Ordinary Council Meeting on 23 October 2018, Council resolved to undertake public advertising of the draft Local Planning Policy No. 2, Wearne Redevelopment, Lot 87 (8) Warton Street, Cottesloe in accordance with Regulation 4 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, for the consideration of any submissions and further reporting to Council.

Any comments on the draft Local Planning Policy are invited and should be submitted in writing to the Town of Cottesloe, 109 Broome Street, Cottesloe or by email to council@cottesloe.wa.gov.au by 5.00pm on Friday, 23 November 2018.

The draft Policy is available below. Hard copies are available to view at the Cottesloe Civic Centre, 109 Broome Street, Cottesloe and  the Grove Library, 1 Leake Street, Peppermint Grove WA 6011.
