The Town of Cottesloe has prepared a new local planning policy (Developer Contributions for Public Art) and is inviting comments.

The policy seeks to facilitate the provision of public art as part of the development application process, by requiring certain developments to provide or contribute towards public art.

The policy is available below and at the Town of Cottesloe Administration office, 109 Broome Street, Cottesloe, during business hours (8:30am to 4:30pm).

Comments must be submitted to the Town by close of business on Monday, 15 May 2023.
