The Cottesloe Foreshore Renewal Masterplan is a concept plan for the revitalisation of the Cottesloe foreshore.

Developed by infrastructure and environmental services company Cardno, key design elements include:

• Shaded parklands with recreational infrastructure such as fitness equipment, a playground, picnic settings and barbecues;
• A coastal boardwalk to connect the public spaces along the foreshore and provide ocean viewing areas;
• Transformation of Marine Parade into an urban promenade where pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles share the street in a low speed environment; and
• Recognition of local history and culture through integrated artworks and interpretive elements.

The submission period for the Cottesloe Foreshore Renewal Masterplan has now closed.
