The library service is jointly funded by the Town of Cottesloe, Shire of Peppermint Grove and the Town of Mosman Park, in partnership with the State Library of Western Australia.
In addition, the Library is a member of the Western Suburbs Library Network which shares the catalogue and membership database with other libraries in the region. This means that members of the Cottesloe, Peppermint Grove, Mosman Park Library have direct access to the stock of Claremont, Nedlands and Subiaco libraries. The combined stock size is approximately 132,000 items.
Membership
Anyone can join and there is no charge.
Proof of current address must be provided in the form of an official document, such as, a driver’s licence or bank statement, pension card or rates notice etc.
A parent or guardian signature is necessary for children under 16 years of age.

Justice of the Peace
The Office of the Justice of the Peace is a statutory position that involves a range of duties and responsibilities - most commonly witnessing of documents such as passport applications and wills.
The Grove Library have a visiting Justice of the Peace at 'The Pod', every Wednesday between 11.00am and 1.00pm, for document witnessing. This is a free 'drop-in' service and as such, no appointments are necessary or taken.
