Noise Complaint Form If you are having trouble with a neighbourhood noise and your attempts to resolve the matter with your neighbour have been unsuccessful, please download and submit this noise complaint form and log sheet. Noise Management Plan (Out of Hours Work) Regulation 13 (out of hours) requests are to be submitted to the Town's Compliance and Regulatory Services team at least 7 days prior to the proposed works along with a detailed Noise Management Plan detailing how noise emissions will be managed.
