About the Opportunity
The Town is seeking applications from experienced and motivated Customer Service Officers to join our Customer Service casual pool.

Selection Criteria (Essential)
- Experience in a similar role including cash handling
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner
- Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- Data entry experience

Location and Hours
These positions will be offered on a casual basis and hours of work may vary but will occur between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Availability to work during these hours is essential.
